You may submit your audio for transcription using the following form. Please enter your email address and any job information, and then enter up to five files at a time using the “Choose File” browsing buttons below the password field. When you click the “Send File(s)” button, the files will be uploaded to our secure server. Your contact at our office will be able to provide you with the transfer password.
